I think I like it here.....

Well this marks about a month since I joined this site so I feel signifying it with a journal entry is in order. I must say that I really enjoy being a part of this online artist community and I can't believe that I did not discover it sooner.

Well maybe the reason I didn't is because I've spent the last 5 years of my life as a corporate suit for a humongous financial institution. Yeah the money was great but I feel that I was losing a part of who I am. I'm not just some by the book corporate drone I'm a very creative person.

Over these years I've abandoned that creative side which was so prevalent in me as a kid when I would spend hours drawing characters for my comics and day dreaming about story plots.

Anyway, that will all be behind me when I officially leave in a couple months once and for all and completely fulfill my dream of owning my own clothing business. So finally I will be getting paid for my creativity and not just my sales ability.

Everything is going great the business is set up and registered working capital is in order logos are designed and being trademarked. Yeah all is going well...that is except for the IDIOT who was designing my web site but told me at the last minute he lost a programmer and couldn't deliver on what I wanted ARGHHH!!!....well I don't want to ruin what was supposed to be a pleasant entry talking about that fool...I'll save that for a venting journal which I'm sure I'll have many of before the site is complete.
